At Le Puy Notre Dame, at the foot of the Château de Chavannes ruins, on the white Turonian rocks of the hill of l'Enchantoir, the exceptional character of our chenin is expressed. Hand-harvested, we mature this cuvée on lees to preserve the intensity and vivacity of its fruit and white flower aromas.
