"Cul de Loup" is the name of the parcel from which this wine originates (the last wolf to be seen in Sancerre was on this parcel). Located in the extreme south of the Sancerre appellation in the village of Thauvenay, this 89-acre parcel is planted on a unique limestone soil. Nose: notes of white flowers and lemon zest. Palate: fine, racy elegance and lemony aromas give this wine its freshness.
