This cuvée is aged for 11 months in barrel, with regular stirring of the lees, followed by 10 months in vat. A full-bodied wine in which yellow fruit brings richness and complexity. An assertive structure supports the elegant marriage of wood and fruit. A rich finish that bursts out to last longer.
