Made from aged Pinot Noir vines, this cuvée offers us a full-bodied, precise Sancerre year after year! Sustainable viticulture and hand-picking, of course. 2022 is a very successful vintage for the domaine. "a nicolas" will live up to all its promises. 100% pinot noir. Old estate vines. Clay-limestone soils. Only a few thousand bottles per year. Aged in 500-liter demi-muids, with 25% new wood. Malolactic fermentation carried out.
