This muscadet sur lie clos de beauregard has a deep yellow, straw-gold color. A wine of character. Open nose with notes of white flowers, followed by mineral accents of gunflint. Ample attack on the palate, supported by a fine structure. Strong identity born of an exceptional terroir recognized since the Middle Ages.serve at 10-12°c.vinification: pneumatic pressing. Cold liquid stabilization for 8 to 12 days at 3°c. Temperature-controlled alcoholic fermentation. Bâtonnage (stirring of the lees) for 6 to 8 weeks, twice a week. Aged on fine lees for a minimum of 6 months. Bottling in April/May.
