Domaine Sylvain Bailly is a family-run business located in Bué, a village in the heart of the Sancerrois region. The Calvaire Saint Ursin, erected in 1877, completes the appellation
the appellation of our Domaine "Domaine Sylvain Bailly - La Croix Saint Ursin". Following in Sylvain's footsteps, Marie-Hélène and Jacques, who have been at the head of the estate for some twenty years, were joined at the end of 2007 by their daughter Sonia. In 1995, our vineyard was extended into the Quincy appellation. This vineyard in the Centre-Loire region, planted with Sauvignon grapes, enables us, along with Sancerre, to offer a complete range of white, red and rosé wines produced directly from the estate.
