The winemaker

We installed since 2012. Our vineyard is located at the foot of the Sancy Mountains. We currently have 8 hectares of vines in production and a hectare of plantier. Our approach is an ecological approach, with a vineyard leads in organic farming and the creation of a winery in larch. The Black Pinot and Gamay thrive on volcanic soil made of pumice stones from the eruptions of the Sancy, and a clay and limestone soil. We offer different wines each with a nice character.
