The winemaker

I'm an artisan winemaker at the "Les Quatre Journaux" estate in the heart of the Muscadet appellation, on the Le Pallet municipal cru. Working in a vineyard rich in biodiversity, I draw inspiration from the spirit of the Breton bocage to cultivate my vines with respect and preserve their natural environment (hedgerows, wetlands, woods, meadows). My philosophy is based on sustainable, well-thought-out practices: every intervention in the vineyard and cellar aims to reveal the identity of our terroirs. The domaine offers a wide range of white, red and rosé wines, from Muscadet to Cru "Le Pallet", including a little rarity that's well worth the detour: Berligou! Ever heard of it?
