The winemaker

For six generations, the members of the Bardin family transmit the same passion for the winemaker, the same know-how for the cultivation of vines and winemaking. Founded in 1998 following the combination of Mr and Mrs BARDIN and their children, SCEV Jean Jacques Bardin currently operates nearly 40 hectares of vines on the appellations AOC Pouilly Sur Loire, Pouilly Fumé AOC AOC Sancerre and PGI wine Pays Côtes de La Charité. The Wine Domain "Les Chaumes" welcomes you to 200 km south of Paris in Pouilly-sur-Loire near Nevers, in the vineyards with breathtaking views of the majestic Loire. The farm is located in the heart of a strong wine region, the vineyards of Sancerre and Pouilly extend from either side of the Loire, in the department Nièvre (58) for Pouilly-sur vineyard Loire which covers 1224 ha and Cher (18) to the vineyards of Sancerre which covers 2770 ha.
