The winemaker
It was in 1974 that Henry and Cécile Natter create their field in the bucolic village of Montigny, located at the southwest end of the appellation. Supported by two of their children, Mathilde and Vincent, they perfect the family know-how. From the Terres Blanches (clay and limestone) Montigny, Sauvignon is high up to one year in oak barrels. The Black Pinot is sublimated by the Region barrels passage. In traditional Sancerre adds a delicate effervescent ultimate exercise in style, "The Secrets of Anaëlle". The winery is open from Monday to Friday and on weekends by appointment.
