The winemaker

Frantz salmon established his small estate in Montlouis sur Loire in 2002, after some stints as a forest here (in France) and there (in Canada), and a diploma of education with Christian Chaussards Domaine the Briseau, an influential voice in the world "natural wine" who passed away recently. Frantz has always practiced organic / biodynamic agriculture and raises wines in a variety of stainless steel tanks and wooden ships of different sizes. All wines are fermented naturally here, there is not even a Champenoise method is happening in this cellar. Frantz winemaking style seems to be on purity, still looking for own wines and growing drought. It also has a great talent to natural Sparkling, some of the best in the region.
