The winemaker

Domaine du Rin du Bois was created in 1969, following a renewal of the vineyard's grape varieties 8 to 10 years earlier. This made it possible to produce quality wines from new grape varieties better suited to the production of Appellation d'Origine Contrôlée wines. Pascal Jousselin settled on the estate in 1988 with his parents. Since 1994, he has been the sole manager of the estate, responsible for production and sales. He is now assisted by his wife Patricia. Situated south-west of the Paris Basin, the Domaine du Rin du Bois is about twenty kilometers south of Blois in the Loir et Cher department, in the heart of the Garden of France, close to famous Loire castles such as Cheverny, Chambord, Chaumont Chenonceaux and Blois.
