The winemaker

Five people working every day to to turn the operation of Croc du Merle in Muides-sur-Loire. Here it is from father to son winemaker since 1794, with 10 hectares in appellation CHEVERNY and CREMANT LOIRE, and to reveal all the flavors of the wine, it also works the milk to make cheese with a herd of 90 dairy cows.
