The winemaker

South-facing, Domaine du Bel Air boasts two different terroirs: the first is composed of clay and silica. The second contains chalk and sand. These terroirs are respected through organic viticulture, with manual stages such as de-stemming. The result is five different Bourgueil cuvées, all of which share the same fruity character. While all are worth a detour, a bottle of Jour de Soif brings a touch of humor to the mix.
