The winemaker

The 26 hectares are planted with Chenin Blanc for the whites and Cabernet Franc for the reds. The estate, managed by Vincent Esnou, is constantly modernizing and evolving, both in terms of equipment and production processes. Domaine de la Belle Etoile produces red, white, rosé and sparkling wines. Sparkling wines, such as Crémant de la Loire Comète, are fine, fresh and fruity. Red wines are generally supple and well-balanced. The diversity of our production means there are plenty of different wines to choose from, as well as some pleasant surprises. Priority is given to the Marne à Ostracée vintage 2016.
