The winemaker
The estate, which benefits from a micro-climate favorable to vine-growing, produces mainly white wines. It also boasts an almost century-old red Cabernet Franc (70%) and Cabernet Sauvignon (30%) vineyard. The estate produces two dry white wines a year: "Domaine aux Moines" PDO, bottled after 18 months, and "Le Berceau des Fées", bottled after 8 months. Two additional cuvées are produced, vintage permitting: the sweet "Cuvée des Nonnes" and the sweet "Cuvée de l'Abbesse".
