Made from hand-harvested grapes, this is the best traditional method in the Loire Valley. After foaming, the wine is kept on laths for 18 months.

Appearance
Pale gold with golden highlights.
Aroma
First, a frank nose of quince reminiscent of the Chenin grape variety, followed by aromas of honey and brioche. Overall, the nose is very flattering and persistent.
