VINIFICATION : After de-stemming and complete sorting of the harvest, fermentation of the must begins spontaneously using indigenous yeasts. Fermentation lasts around 30 days, under constant temperature control. The wine is aged in new barrels and in vats. The only cuvée to be aged in wood. This process lends extra complexity and exceptional ageing potential to this wine.

Deep garnet-red color with ruby highlights.

Expressive, racy nose with notes of ripe fruit, spices, tobacco and smoke.
