In a few words ...
"Very fine wine" (Le Guide Hachette des Vins). The vines are 50 years old. Once the bunches have been sorted, the grapes are de-stemmed and placed in vats for maceration. After alcoholic and malolactic fermentation, we leave our wine in vats for a few months before bottling.
