The family also owns Domaine de la Perruche, a 40-hectare vineyard in Montsoreau, in the Saumur Champigny appellation. Since 1992, the winemaker has been practicing integrated pest management, manual leaf thinning at the height of the bunches after veraison, and hand-picking the botrytized berries for the sweet wines. The wines are recognized for their strong identity and their beautiful diversity.
