The winemaker

Domaine Blanc Foussy is first and foremost a winery. The Grandes Caves Saint-Roch are part of the Loire Valley's exceptional heritage. Today, this 12th-century troglodyte cellar is used to age Blanc Foussy wine. An atypical place that brings all its strength to its wine. The Blanc Foussy estate is located on the banks of the Loire in the Montlouis-sur-Loire PDO, and makes "fines bulles" using the traditional method. The domaine produces Vouvray, Touraine and Crémant de Loire. In its 45 years of existence, the Blanc Foussy vineyard has won numerous awards for wines such as Tête de Cuvée.
