In a few words ...

Bullez, a unique traditional rosé method! We vinify a "base" wine. This wine is then bottled with the liqueur de tirage for the prise de mousse. The minimum legal ageing period on lath is 9 months, but in our case we generally keep it for 5 years to obtain a very fine bubble.
