In a few words ...
Our grapes are cold-pressed and racked. Fermentation takes place in truncated wooden vats, using indigenous yeasts. The wine is then aged for a year in the same vats. A drop of sulfur is added before bottling to preserve the purity of our wines.

A real favorite! Pithon-Paillé has a real signature to its wines, which are 1,000 times recognizable. Good balance between freshness and aromatic character. This wine leaves no one indifferent.
