The winemaker

Zulu is an indigenous project initiated by chris albero, who passed away too quickly to taste the project's first moments. Jessica, his wife, and Laurent Pujol, despite being novices in the field, got involved in the project to see the first vintages come to life. In 2016, with the support of Alexandre Pons, Zulu decided to continue the adventure... Like independent music labels, the idea is to produce cuvées in collaboration with committed winemakers whose multiculturalism revives the identity of Languedoc, Roussillon and beyond.
