Tasting notes
Appearance
The color is a beautiful drape of deep, dark ruby silk, with violet highlights on the disk and a brilliant sheen. Tears are numerous and moderately slow.
Aroma
The first nose is discreet. The second nose reveals aromas of blond tobacco and spices (cinnamon and black pepper). Then fragrances of ripe red cherry and candied blackberry.

Taste
Round and juicy on the palate. Then comes the fruit, with aromas of candied blackberries and very ripe wild strawberries. Tannins are present but not excessive.
