Owner Dimitri Glipa began his career as a cellar master at a Bordeaux grand cru, before moving to the heart of the Roussillon vineyards. Mas mudigliza is located in the fenouillèdes region, in saint-paul de fenouillet to be precise. Since 2006, he and Muriel Samson have been looking after a 12.5-hectare vineyard with a typical Catalan grape variety. These include Grenache Noir and Grenache Gris, Mourvèdre, Maccabeu and Carignan, all grown on old vines. These grape varieties are grown using sustainable agriculture on the best terroirs at an altitude of around 350 meters.
