In a few words ...
An intense, expressive red wine from the terroirs of Coursan (Aude). Its deep ruby color precedes a greedy nose with aromas of cherries, blackberries, strawberries, spices and pepper. On the palate, the attack is subtle, offering a supple, fresh and concentrated texture. Aged in concrete vats, it should be drunk between 16 and 18°C, with a 30-45 minute decanting period recommended. Ideal with grilled lamb chops, a vegetable wok or even sushi. An elegant, well-balanced Syrah, perfect for lovers of fruity, spicy wines.
