In a few words ...
A delicate, expressive red wine, 100% Pinot Noir, matured on the rolled pebbles of Coursan (Aude). Vinified with a long skin contact maceration and aged 12 months in old barrels, it offers a nose of small red fruits and sweet spices. On the palate, it seduces with its freshness, roundness and smooth tannins. Enjoy at 17°C, after decanting for 15-30 minutes. A harmonious, silky Pinot Noir, ideal for fine, elegant dishes.
