A red wine made from a blend of Merlot and Pinot Noir grown on the pebbly terroirs of Coursan (Aude). Elaborated by carbonic maceration for 15 days, it reveals an expressive nose of red fruit, a juicy, crisp mouthfeel, with lovely freshness and a silky structure.
