Light sulfiting one month after completion of fermentation. The shape of the egg, according to the golden ratio, means that the wine is in perpetual motion, which brings plenty of roundness while preserving the purity of fruit and freshness. Racking 2 weeks before bottling.

Golden color with green highlights.
Aroma
The nose is at once floral with acacia and orange blossom, fruity with citrus and candied pineapple aromas, and a family of aromas that are both fresh and complex, and mineral.
