In a few words ...

This red wine from Domaine Gaya is named after the cadastral names of the plots on the estate. It is made from Syrah, Grenache and Cinsault grapes. These grape varieties are grown on soils rich in schist, calcareous sandstone, gneiss and limestone. This wine has an opaque red color with purplish highlights. On the nose, it gives off a pleasant peppery, spicy note. Cinnamon, black fruits and violets add to these aromas. This wine is full-bodied and powerful on the palate, with forest-fruit aromas on the attack. On the long finish, it reveals mineral and spicy nuances.

Although the 2019 vintage is still a little young, the aromas of black fruit and garrigue are very fresh and expressive. Good chewiness is also present. In short, a great wine to enjoy with friends, whether as an aperitif or with a barbecued rib steak!

it's a reference. The price is certainly overestimated.
