6ème sens is an invitation to discover the generosity of wines from the South of France. Its gourmet style, a blend of Mediterranean grape varieties, is an invitation to immediate pleasure. Follow your instincts! All grapes are hand-picked. Le 6ème sens is a rosé made from a saignée de cuve. The grapes are not left to macerate before bleeding, to avoid extracting too much color. Fermentation begi... ns after settling and resting the must for around 48 hours. All operations are carried out under carbon dioxide protection, until fermentation begins at low temperature (15° to 18° C).
