The winemaker

Located in the commune of Capestang in the Hérault region, between the Canal du Midi and the Oppidum d'Ensérune, Domaine de Cibadiès extends over 95 hectares, ideally exposed between sea and garrigue. Acquired in 1978, the estate now houses the administrative and commercial structures of all the Domaines et Châteaux owned by the Bonfils family. The estate specializes in growing Chardonnay grapes, which flourish on 50 hectares.
