In a few words ...
Blend of Syrah (majority), Grenache, Carignan and Cinsault. Vines aged from 14 to 70 years. Vineyard work: pro electric tools. Estimated total carbon footprint: 61kg/year/millennium (instead of 1T with combustion engine tools). No artificial winemaking, thermo-regulated vatting for optimal fruit extraction, minimal sulfiting for conservation. The ageing potential will enable this cuvée to become rounder and express its qualities.
