During the 2013 harvest, I had the chance to vinify a magnificent Cinsault, a grape variety that had been but characteristic of the Languedoc region. In order to give this this Cinsault a chance, I decided to create a new cuvée: Les Vignes Oubliées Languedoc". In this cuvée, Cinsault is blended with Syrah and Grenache to assert its greedy character. to assert its greedy, fruity character.
