Friends rub shoulders, follow each other and watch each other. And then 1 day, each one provides his share. Working together, sharing, especially when the roads are strewn with differences ... that make for complementarity ... Experimenting together with future techniques for the resilient earth, from agroecology to permaculture ... from pragmatism to humility ... There's a need for this work to create emotions ... because a sensory moment is also a moment when worries and negativity no longer matter ... because gustatory emotion expands the soul and therefore also feeds the stomach. The emotion of moments, of contemplative moments in the face of our ability to create beauty! Curiosity is the corollary of high standards: how can we reach the end of the journey if we don't look for the way? Sensitivity: wine, like gastronomy and the arts, is a school of humility, with its high standards of patience and knowledge... they are vectors of communication...
