The winemaker

I grow old vines: carignan, cinsault, grenache and syrah. The geology of the plots is complex, with limestone, schist and volcanic stone. I cultivate 2 hectares of old vines, mainly using massal selection. I don't work the soil, but nourish it with annual mowing and leave a lot of grass. My yields are low, but, I hope, of high quality.
