Supple, warm with notes of ripe cherry, this is the Domaine's first "pleasure" wine. Soil type: Clay-limestone. Harvesting: Manual and mechanical. Vinification: Traditional, very simple, with these three "historic" St Chinian grape varieties placed in vats. Vatting period of around 15 days. Ageing: As always, the wine is aged in century-old tuns for 12 months.
