In a few words ...
It is made from the ripest, most concentrated grapes from our AOC St Chinian vineyards. Soil type: Our oldest plots of red clay-limestone soil with small pebbles, bordered by garrigues. Harvesting: by hand Vinification: Traditional, with de-stemming of a hand-picked, ripe harvest. A long vatting period, nearly 30 days, combined with numerous delestages and aeration, allow us to extract all the richness and complexity of this fine material. Ageing: 20 months, 12 of which in 600-liter oak demi-muids.

Dark, with deep red highlights.
Aroma
Intense jammy notes (blackcurrant, blackberry...) mingle with aromatic notes and sweet vanilla.

Superb round mouthfeel with silky tannins. Harmonious, rich and concentrated, with a lovely sweet finish.
