A Grand Vin, complex, intense and powerful, voted one of Saint-Chinian's TOP 10 Virtuoso Wines. A blend of hand-harvested Syrah, Grenache noir, old Carignan and Mourvèdre for a Grand Cru wine. Aged 12 months in new barrels.
"Made from four grape varieties, led by Syrah, this cuvée has a fresh, fruity character, with aromas of menthol and small red berries. Intense and fine on the palate, it still bears the imprint of its stay in wood, marked on the finish by a touch of vanilla, the signature of the barrel."
