In a few words ...
The wines produced under the Saint-Jean-de-Minervois appellation are exclusively Vins Doux Naturels, made from a single grape variety: Muscat à petits grains blanc. Organic since 1990, Domaine de Montahuc was a forerunner in the region. Here, the fifteen-year-old vines are gobelet pruned. No irrigation. Vinification is carried out at very low temperature, and the wine is aged in vats for around 6 months.
