Cuvée Terre de Pépusque features Syrah with a touch of Carignan. Each grape variety is vinified separately, in order to master the particularities of each. The wine is aged for 3 months on fine lees in vats, followed by 12 months in French oak barrels. For the record, the Occitan word for "Pépusque" is "Pech Busca", which translates as "Wooded Summit".
"Ce vin de terroir est l'originalité de notre domaine et nous voulons le faire découvrir grâce et à travers le cépage Syrah."
