Vines aged from 4 to 20 years for Syrah and Grenache and 40 years for Carignan. Hand and mechanical harvesting at perfect maturity. Each grape variety is vinified separately, using traditional methods, de-stemmed, with long vatting periods. This Wine is the result of the Love, Patience and Rigor of the Winemaker, who respects his Earth thanks to a natural method of cultivating the vines using medicinal plants and essential oils.
