In a few words ...
Primum Vinum is, as its name suggests, my first wine. The first wine in an adventure that began in 2015. This wine represents friendship and discovery. This "vin de copain", as we like to say here, is a blend of the three grape varieties that most characterize my estate. The garrigue is at the heart of the tasting, with a nose of thyme and dried herbs Morello cherry and blackcurrant caress the palate. This wine is all finesse and delicacy, with a velvety mouthfeel and a long finish. velvety mouthfeel and a spicy, well-balanced finish.
