Vines aged from 8 to 30 years for Syrah and Grenache. Each grape variety is vinified separately, using traditional methods, de-stemmed, with long vatting periods. Aged for 12 months in barrels (70% new). This Wine is the result of the Love, Patience and Rigor of the Winemaker, who respects his Earth thanks to a natural method of cultivating the vines using medicinal plants and essential oils.
