Made from hand-picked Syrah (40%), Carignan (30%) and Grenache (30%), delicately vinified according to an ancestral local method, aged without artifice, esprit d'automne, this is a wine that can do it all, a talented jack-of-all-trades. A good, round, expressive wine, strong and soft at the same time. Decant a little in advance so that it can express all its aromas.
