Vines aged from 8 to 30 years for Syrah and Grenache, 40 years for Carignan. Hand and mechanical harvest at perfect maturity. Each grape variety is vinified separately, using traditional methods, de-stemmed, with long vatting periods. Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels.
