A wine synonymous with power and elegance: chocolate, dark fruit jam, a hint of timut pepper! To be enjoyed on a fine dish with rare meat. As someone who hates overly tannic wines, I was able to taste it with total confidence, as it was a powerful wine, yes, but without aggressive tannins. A real treat.

This Minervois La Livinière is legendary. Here, the terroir fully expresses itself. A fruity nose that balances well with the woodiness. A touch of vanilla on the palate. Warm finish. Magnificent
