In a few words ...

Viala comes from a parcel of Chateau Laville Bertrou, located on an exceptional terroir in the high-quality La Liviniere appellation. Its deep garnet-red color is magnificent. Powerful on the nose, it reveals pleasant notes of ripe fruit and violets. On the palate, it has a fine attack, with smooth tannins and well-balanced oaky notes. A wine of great delicacy, ideal for red meats, game or simply with a good cheese.

The attack would warm an ice-cream heart. Its cheerful tannins support a fruit of kirsch and rum caramel. The finish brings more than its share of gifts and delight: plum crème, blueberry cake, chocolate fondant.
