In a few words ...
Clos d'Ora is the fruit of slow maturation. It was born of a spiritual journey and an irresistible desire to create an exceptional wine in this mysterious, unspoilt place. I hope you will drink it with a clear conscience, guided by the power of its message: Peace Love Harmony. The vines are cultivated biodynamically and worked entirely with mules and horses. The leaves are thinned out before the harvest, which is carried out entirely by hand. All macerations are carried out in the thermo-regulated concrete vat, with each plot and grape variety treated separately.
